We turned in over 190,000 signatures on Friday December 12th 2025. Before submission, an independent auditor working with the No Tax team reviewed the signatures for accuracy and completeness.

Next, the Oregon Secretary of State will conduct its own verification process by selecting a random sample of the submitted signatures. That sample is used to determine the percentage of signatures considered valid under state rules. Observers from the No Tax team will be present to watch the Secretary of State’s validation process.

The Secretary of State then applies that validity percentage to the full submission to estimate the total number of valid signatures.

To qualify, we need just under 79,000 valid signatures. Historically, even with strong collection practices, campaigns build in a large safety margin. A very safe target is around 120,000 total signatures.

We will be submitting a second batch of signatures before Christmas. Please turn in any sheets as soon as possible.
